Creative Process
Zack and Associates utilizes an easy four step creative process: Discover, Design, Develop, and Deploy to ensure that your creative project is created in the right medium with the right message for your specific audience.

Discover
This is the first and most important phase of any creative project. This is where we invest the necessary time to Discover and further understand our clients' vision and the concepts their deliverable should portray. We also gather information about their constituents and the necessary information they expect to have. Free exchange is encouraged, keeping in mind the business goals of the deliverable. This information is then used to create an initial product mockup or sitemap and design skeleton which will serve as the blueprint, describing the elements of style and functionality that we intend to employ in the Design phase.

Design
In the second phase we utilize our knowledge from the Discover phase and turn our initial ideas into concrete designs. This includes both the look and feel and development process flow. Clients are then presented with the creative design with a verbal explanation of the design elements and concepts considered. Client reaction and feedback are extremely valuable at this time. From this presentation and response process precise changes are implemented leading to a final design and/or development flow.

Develop
As the Design phase is completed, clients are confident they have invested in a custom design and/or development process that; reflects their aesthetic preferences, matches their business goals, and benefits from the guidance of experienced creative professionals. We are then able to move into the construction or Develop phase of the project where we implement all of the details and decisions from the Discover and Design phases into the final physical product. Your vision comes to life.

Deploy
This is the final phase of our creative project and often the most exciting. During this phase we take one last opportunity to review our product for all of the final details, which may include among many activities: compliance, spelling and grammar, print file preparation and export, dynamic functionality, and/or browser compatibility. After both Zack & Associates and our client has reviewed and approved the final product we Deploy a website launch or printing.
